Service Providers

Who we use

These are the companies we use to provide the Services. This page forms part of our Terms of Service (clause 1.3).

Your server and storage are in Sydney, Australia. Some providers, including our AI provider OpenRouter, are outside Australia, as set out below.

1. Providers that may process Your Data

Akamai Technologies (Linode) — servers

• What it does: runs the dedicated server that hosts your Platform and Agents.
• What it processes: Your Data while your Agents work on it.
• Where: Australia (Sydney).

Google Cloud — storage

• What it does: stores your business's files in a private storage bucket set up for your business alone. Your team's profile pictures are kept in a separate bucket that can be viewed publicly, so your sign-in page can show them before anyone signs in.
• What it processes: the files and data your Agents keep, encrypted at rest.
• Where: Australia (Sydney).

OpenRouter — AI models

• What it does: receives each request your Agents send to an AI model and passes it to the model provider that answers it.
• What it processes: the instructions and content in each AI request, and the answer.
• Where: United States. The model provider that answers depends on the models your Agents use, for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Google, and may be in the United States or another country.
• Training: we set up OpenRouter so that model providers that train on customer data are not used.

Tailscale — secure networking

• What it does: provides the private, encrypted network our team uses to reach your server for monitoring and maintenance.
• What it processes: device and connection details. The traffic itself is encrypted end to end, so Tailscale cannot read Your Data.
• Where: Canada and the United States.

2. Payments

Stripe — payments

• What it does: processes your Subscription and AI usage payments.
• What it processes: your payment details and billing contact. It does not receive Your Data.
• Where: Australia and the United States.

3. Our website

These providers support our public website and demo. They do not process Your Data. Our Privacy Policy explains what they collect.

• GitHub (United States) — hosts this website.
• Vercel (United States) — runs the back end of the website demo.
• Calendly (United States) — books calls with our team.
• Mixpanel (United States) — website analytics.
• Meta (United States) — advertising measurement.

4. Changes to this list

We update this page before a new provider starts storing or processing Your Data. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel your Subscription under clause 9.1 of our Terms of Service. Questions: support@agenthatchers.com.
